Terms & Conditions Whatsapp ERPNEXT product These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Sanskar Technolabs (“the Company” or “we” or “us”) and you (“the Customer” or “you”) for the use of the ERPNEXT WhatsApp Integration Product.

By using the product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement. If you disagree with these terms and conditions, you must immediately stop using the product.

Support and Maintenance We will provide comprehensive support and maintenance for the product during the term of this Agreement. You will be getting the support through email and phone.

Limitation of Liability The Company shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use the product.

If you suffer any loss, damage or harm from using the product, we will not be held responsible for any losses exceeding the amount paid by the customer to the Company for the product.

It is important for you to understand the limitations of liability outlined in this clause before using the product. You should carefully review this clause and determine whether the limitations on liability are acceptable. If you find that the limitations are unacceptable, the customer should not use the product.

Our Rights We reserve the right to limit your conduct, immediately remove your information, notify other Users of your actions, immediately halt or cancel your registration, prohibit you from using the product, or limit your interaction without limiting other possibilities.

A User who has been forbidden or banned is not allowed to register with us, and they are not allowed to keep registering with us or using the product in any way until we have restored them.

If you break the Terms of Use or other laws and policies, we have the right to take necessary legal action, including but not limited to reporting you to the police or other authorities.

Indemnification You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or in connection with your use of the product. The Company shall promptly notify you in writing of any such claim, and you shall have the right to participate in the defense of any such claim with counsel of your choice.

Transfer You may not assign or transfer this Agreement, or any of your rights or obligations hereunder, without the prior written consent of our Company. The Company may assign or transfer this Agreement or any of its rights or obligations hereunder without your consent.

Trademarks and copyrights Every piece of Content on our product, including the logo, pictures, text, music, video, and other data, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
It means that, unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, the User shall not use, transfer or re-use the Content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. Any violation of this clause could result in dismissal or additional serious consequences.
